Knowledgeable and experienced in luxury sales in the Sarasota, Lakewood Ranch and University Park area, Toi's rich and diverse business background provides the needed skills and expertise that benefit sellers and buyers when helping them to make clear and informed decisions about pricing, staging, promotion and negotiations.

After graduating from Vanderbilt University, Toi learned her family's general construction business, and later enjoyed a successful sales career with Eli Lilly and Company. Returning to college, she broadened her education and passed the CPA exam. Knowledge of construction along with effective communication skills and financial acumen helped guide her into a career in real estate development. Always working to further her knowledge, Toi earned the designation Graduate, REALTOR® Institute in addition to her broker's license.

A Florida native and an enthusiastic golfer and tennis player, she is very familiar with the area's best golf courses and country clubs, including University Park Country Club, Lakewood Ranch Golf and Country Club, The Founders Club and The Concession.

Toi served as vice president of the library board of trustees, as president of numerous community organizations, as a board member of the Arts Council, and as a Charleston County councilwoman. In recognition for her many years of devoted service to her community, the Toi Estes Park was named in her honor.
